LIBERTAS

Libertas provides comparative and historical analysis for constitutional actors and advocates. The organization consists of its principal and president, constitutional legal historian Lorianne Updike Toler, research assistants as needed, and a loose network of scholars from related constitutional and historical fields.  Libertas was founded in London and now registered to do business in the United States out of New Hampshire.
